The Villages of Downsview was nestled within an established mature community in Toronto. The development required careful consideration during the design process in order for the homes to blend into the existing neighborhood. The community was located on a 22-acre site which was the former Canadian Armed Forces base at Keele and Sheppard in Toronto. Demolition of the existing derelict buildings was required as well as, total reconstruction of the existing infrastructure in order to allow for the new construction of 308 townhomes and semi-detached homes. Upon its completion, neighboring residents bestowed their appreciation to Coscorp for revitalizing the area.
The tranquil scenery of our Scarborough location presented an opportunity to create a community that would integrate our new home designs with the beautiful natural surroundings. Piperbrook Gate consisted of single family homes situated along side an existing mature community. An existing mature forest provided the perfect backdrop to compliment the homes, and provide a private setting for the residents. In addition, the community was with within easy walking distance to shopping and community services.
Less than an hours drive from Toronto, Grimsby is the personification of a small town with quite tree-lined avenues, rural areas, and the Niagara Escarpment which winds through the town center. Nestled within this natural surrounding is the Olde Town community by Coscorp. This picture perfect setting inspired a unique collection of Victorian exterior designs, with modern interior amenities. Many of the homes included large inviting covered porches, allowing the residents to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Situated within an existing community, Peachtree Crossing allowed its new residents to enjoy the benefits of an established community and the ownership of a new home. Located just north of Toronto, this project offered a variety of homes on full depth lots. The all brick elevations and carefully designed interiors offered a vast selection of new homes to choose from. The location was within walking distance to schools, shopping and many community services, allowing the residents to enjoy many of the surrounding amenities you would expect in a mature neighbourhood.
Heritage Glen in Oakville backed onto Fourteen Mile creek in the heart of Glen Abbey. The community offered purchasers a unique opportunity to live on a private cul-de-sac setting backing onto a forested area. Uniquely designed townhomes, based on an open plan concept, were matched with enhanced stone, precast and decorative brick exteriors creating an inviting and beautiful neighborhood. Following on the success of Heritage Glen, Heritage Gate combined both affordability and design with the introduction of a stacked townhome concept, mixed with traditional townhomes. The homes were designed to center around a central park area, exclusive to the residents of this community. Completing the trilogy, Heritage Crossing was the last opportunity for homebuyers to live on a private cul-de-sac setting within Glen Abbey. Townhomes were custom designed to create a unique look for the neighbourhood.
The sprawling landscape of Northdale Ridge was tailor made for Coscorps quarter acre executive estate homes. Overlooking the rolling hills of the 100 acre site in Vaughan, visitors were able to share in the vision of gracious living within spectacular surroundings. The neo-classical designs incorporated a combination of stucco, stone and brick and while careful attention was paid to the interiors, with the final combination making an expressive design statement. The homes varied from bungalows to 3 car garage estate homes. Coscorp allowed purchasers to incorporate their own design features into the neo-classical theme, which has given each home its own unique and custom character, allowing each owner to truly call it their own.
