The Villages of Downsview was nestled within an established mature community in Toronto. The development required careful consideration during the design process in order for the homes to blend into the existing neighborhood. The community was located on a 22-acre site which was the former Canadian Armed Forces base at Keele and Sheppard in Toronto. Demolition of the existing derelict buildings was required as well as, total reconstruction of the existing infrastructure in order to allow for the new construction of 308 townhomes and semi-detached homes. Upon its completion, neighboring residents bestowed their appreciation to Coscorp for revitalizing the area.

In addition, the community was with within easy walking distance to shopping and community services.

Situated within an existing community, Peachtree Crossing allowed its new residents to enjoy the benefits of an established community and the ownership of a new home. Located just north of Toronto, this project offered a variety of homes on full depth lots. Heritage Glen in Oakville backed onto Fourteen Mile creek in the heart of Glen Abbey. The community offered purchasers a unique opportunity to live on a private cul-de-sac setting backing onto a forested area. Uniquely designed townhomes, based on an open plan concept, were matched with enhanced stone, precast and decorative brick exteriors creating an inviting and beautiful neighborhood. Following on the success of Heritage Glen, Heritage Gate combined both affordability and design with the introduction of a stacked townhome concept, mixed with traditional townhomes. The homes were designed to center around a central park area, exclusive to the residents of this community. Completing the trilogy, Heritage Crossing was the last opportunity for homebuyers to live on a private cul-de-sac setting within Glen Abbey. Townhomes were custom designed to create a unique look for the neighbourhood.
